Vinyasa flow group class

At Harbour Yoga Studio, we believe the best yoga class is the one that meets you where you are today. Some days that means a strong, flowing Vinyasa practice. Other days it means a quiet Yin session to restore and recharge. Whatever you need, there's a class and a community here waiting for you in Brighton.

Common questions

Answers to a few things people often ask before their first visit.

Do I need any experience to join?

Not at all. Our Beginners Yoga classes are designed for people with no prior experience whatsoever. If you've done a little yoga before and want to build on it, our Yin and Vinyasa Flow classes also welcome those newer to the practice — just let your teacher know before class.

Is Pregnancy Yoga safe throughout all trimesters?

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to be gentle and nurturing for expectant mothers. If you have any specific health concerns or complications, we always recommend checking with your midwife or GP before attending. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to answer any questions.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing is ideal. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so your teacher can welcome you and answer any questions before the session begins. Get in touch for any other details specific to your chosen class.

How do I find out about the timetable and prices?
