Which Class Is Right for You?

Not sure where to start? Here's a quick guide to each class we offer, so you can choose with confidence.

Beginners Yoga

If you've never practised yoga before, this is the ideal starting point. Poses are broken down clearly, the pace is gentle, and no previous experience is needed whatsoever.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement with rhythm. Suitable for those with some yoga experience who enjoy a more energising session.

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative style focusing on deep stretches held for longer periods. A wonderful choice if you're looking to release tension and restore calm.

Pregnancy Yoga

Specially designed for expectant mothers, this class supports your wellbeing throughout pregnancy with safe, nurturing movement and breathing techniques.

We want your first class to feel easy and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

Please arrive a few minutes before your class begins so you have time to settle in, meet your teacher and ask any questions. Let your teacher know it's your first visit — they'll offer any guidance you need and tailor support where possible.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle and, if you have one, your own mat — though studio mats and all necessary props are available to borrow at no extra charge.
